About AIDER
Support that understands every child.
AIDER Rehab Services is a child-focused psychological and developmental support centre founded by Greeshma Saravanan, Founder & Lead Psychologist | Play Therapist.
Established in October 2021, AIDER works with children, adolescents, parents and families in a warm, supportive and child-friendly environment.
With centres at Vadanappalli and Kara (Kodungallur), AIDER provides both offline and online services, making professional support more accessible to families.
Our approach is centred on understanding each child as an individual and developing support based on their unique needs, strengths and goals.

Greeshma Saravanan is a Consultant Psychologist and Play Therapist with 15+ years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, parents and families.
Her areas of professional work include child development, behavioural concerns, developmental and learning difficulties, psychological assessment, play therapy, early intervention, remedial training and parent and family counselling.
She founded AIDER Rehab Services in October 2021 with the vision of creating a professional yet warm environment where children can receive individualized support and parents can feel understood, guided and involved in the intervention process.

FathimaJahan is a Consultant Psychologist with a postgraduate qualification in Psychology and professional experience in psychological assessment, counselling and child-focused psychological support.
She has been part of AIDER Rehab Services since February 2026, supporting children, adolescents and families through individualized psychological and developmental interventions.
Her professional experience includes psychological assessment, behavioural and emotional support, clinical documentation, case discussions, parent guidance and psychoeducation. She has also gained clinical exposure to a range of psychological and developmental concerns through professional internships and training.
